Detailed Product Description

  This product is formulated from synthetic oil thickened by organic and inorganic two kinds thickener and added with solid lubricant, nanophase materials, metals powder,anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and derust additives.

Features: 

→Perfect high temperature properties, can be lubricating under the condition that high temperature and continuously revolve.

→Added with special solid lubricant,have good lubricity under high temperature and impact load.

→At glide the metals surface of the friction and can become the good solid lubricate film.

 

Applications:

The lubrication of high temperature frictional parts and high temperature sliding bearing, such as electromagnetic whisk of steel-making blast furnace, roller in front of furnace, trunnion of converter, crane of molten steel tank, foundry car, pothook and chain, etc. It is also applicable for the lubrication of high temperature parts and parts contacting acid and alkali of mine, energy, construction material, textile, printing, dyeing, paper- making and power plant.

 

Temperature range: 

-50^oC~800^oC,in short time the temperature can be over 1200^oC
